Discuss breathability, flexibility, washing, abrasion and whether the decoration sits on or integrates with the fabric. Inspect a comparable sample.
Record production details
Confirm setup, colour count, personalisation, proof type, tolerances and repeat-order file retention. Keep the approved version with care instructions.
